2.5" dropped spindle disk brake kit utilising the stock wide 5 lug bolt pattern for your 1953-67 Beetle & 1957-66 Karmann Ghia. Kit includes: dropped spindles, rotors, pads, hoses, bearings, grease seals & hardware.
Kits are available for either link pin & ball joint models.
New high quality stainless steel spring plate caps (sold as a pair) for 1960-68 swing axle cars and 1969-79 IRS Beetle's. The 1960-68 spring plate caps will also fit non-IRS 1969-77 European models fitted with swing axle suspension.
Available with single or dual valve springs in stock 1600, machined to 90.5/92mm and 94mm sizes. All heads come complete with 40mm intake & 35.5mm exhaust valves.
Heads are sold individually.

New aluminum alloy universal engine case specifically designed for high performance applications. Cases are designed to run all cranks from stock upto 84mm stroker.
Cases have the following features:
- Fully CNC machined
- Reinforced at #3 bellhousing location
- Available for 8 or 10mm case studs
- Drilled & tapped for Full Flow oil filtration
- Accepts cranks from stock stroke upto 84mm stroker
- Available pre-machined to accept 90.5/92 or 94mm

Made from aluminum alloy with 8mm case inserts, fully CNC machined and an upgrade from the original magnesium case.
Ideal for stock applications or to machine for a larger engine displacement.
Besides our rebuilt flywheels, we now offer new lightened flywheels (12.75 pounds) for performance Type 1 engines for Beetle, Bus, Type 3 & Ghia. Flywheels are 8 dowel, see also our 8 dowel counter weighted crankshafts in 69mm stroke or 74mm stroker (76 & 84mm stroker cranks are also available)
