  The Generator will fit any Beetle, Karmann Ghia or Transporter. This generator has the 6 volt casing size, but has a 12 volt armature. This way your car will keep the look of the original 6 volt system. There is a $40.00 core charge incorporated in the price. This generator is a popular addition to 36hp powered Volkswagens.
